Windows98/Me PPTP撥號(hào)客戶(hù)端配置示例

一、Windows 98 中的設(shè)置

1．1在Windows 98 的桌面上右擊" 網(wǎng)上鄰居" 選擇" 屬性" （圖1. 1）。在" 網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性" 窗口中單擊" 添加" 按鈕。

1．2．選擇" 適配器" ，單擊" 添加" 按鈕繼續(xù)（圖1. 2）。

1．3．在" 選擇 網(wǎng)絡(luò)適配器" 中，可以看到Windows 98系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)支持的硬件，在左邊的廠(chǎng)商列表中選擇"Microsoft" ，選好之后，右邊會(huì)有三個(gè)選擇，選擇中間的"Microsoft 虛擬專(zhuān)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)適配器" ，單擊" 確定" 開(kāi)始安裝（圖1. 3）。

特別說(shuō)明，"Microsoft 虛擬專(zhuān)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)適配器" 需要" 撥號(hào)適配器" 的支持，所以還需要安裝" 撥號(hào)適配器" 。

1．4．等待一會(huì)兒，就可以看到" 網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性" 面板中已經(jīng)添加了"Microsoft 虛擬專(zhuān)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)適配器" 一項(xiàng)，單擊" 確定" 按鈕開(kāi)始安裝。

在安裝過(guò)程中，系統(tǒng)可能會(huì)提示需要Windows 98的安裝光盤(pán)，插入光盤(pán)完成安裝。文件復(fù)制完成之后，需要重新啟動(dòng)一次。

1．5．從這里開(kāi)始建立VPN 撥號(hào)連接，雙擊打開(kāi)桌面上" 我的電腦" 圖標(biāo)。找到" 撥號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)" 圖標(biāo)，雙擊打開(kāi)（圖1. 4）。

1．6．使用撥號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)向?qū)Вc(diǎn)擊" 下一步" 繼續(xù)（圖1. 5）。

1．7．如果該機(jī)器沒(méi)有配置過(guò)撥號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，則系統(tǒng)將另外彈出窗口要求填入所在地區(qū)和該地區(qū)的電話(huà)區(qū)號(hào)，填好之后，單擊" 關(guān)閉" 按鈕（圖1. 6）。

1．8．選擇連接的設(shè)置，在這里當(dāng)然選擇剛剛安裝的"Microsoft VPN Adapter"，點(diǎn)擊" 下一步" 繼續(xù)（圖1. 7）。

1．9．填入VPN 服務(wù)器的域名或者地址，填好之后點(diǎn)擊" 下一步" 繼續(xù)（圖1. 8），就建立好VPN 連接了。

1．10．做好的VPN 連接會(huì)顯示在" 撥號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)" 窗口中。這時(shí)可以雙擊" 我的連接" 圖標(biāo)打開(kāi)連接（圖1. 9）。

1．11．在連接窗口中填入服務(wù)器支持的賬號(hào)和密碼后，單擊" 連接" 按鈕繼續(xù)（圖1. 10）。

二、Windows ME 中的設(shè)置

Perform the following steps to create the PPTP VPN connectoid:

1. Click Start and point to Programs . Point to Accessories and then point to Communications . Click

on Dial-up Networking.

2. If this is the first time you’ve run Dial-up networking on this machine, you should click Next on the

Welcome to Dial-Up Networking dialog box. Otherwise, double click on the Make New Connection icon in the Dial-Up Networking window

3. In the Make New Connection dialog box, type in a name for the PPTP VPN connectoid in the Type a

name for the computer you are dialing text box. In this example, we’ll call it PPTP VPN. Click the down arrow for the Select a device drop down list box. Select the Microsoft VPN Adapter entry. Click Next .

4. On the Make New Connection page, type in an IP address or a FQDN for the ISA Server

firewall/VPN server. In this example we’ll use an IP address. If you choose to use a FQDN, make sure that FQDN resolves to the primary IP address on the external interface of the ISA Server firewall/VPN server. The primary IP address is the IP address on the top of the list of addresses bound to the interface. Click Next .

5. Click Finish on the Make New Connection dialog box. The PPTP VPN connectoid is placed in the

Dial-up Networking folder.

6. Return to the Dial-Up Networking folder and right click on the PPTP VPN connectoid. Click the Properties command
