This Change of Registrar Agreement is submitted for the purpose of applying to change the registrar of record of a domain name to XinNet Technology Corp. (we)
申請(qǐng)者需承諾以下條款
applicant (you) represent and warrant that:
1.在申請(qǐng)時(shí)提供完整正確的信息；
the information provided to XinNet Technology Corp. in connection with your application is accurate and complete;
2.擁有該域名的所有權(quán)；
you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name;
3.與當(dāng)前注冊(cè)服務(wù)商之間無(wú)任何費(fèi)用拖欠；
you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to the current registrar;
4.確保域名處于正常狀態(tài),與任何正在解決的域名爭(zhēng)議及糾紛無(wú)關(guān)；
you are not party to any dispute resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name;
5.該域名在當(dāng)前注冊(cè)服務(wù)商處注冊(cè)已正式生效或續(xù)費(fèi)生效超過(guò) 60 天；
your registration of the domain name with the current registrar has been in effect for at least 60 days，or renewal exceed 60 days;
6.申請(qǐng)者向新網(wǎng)提出申請(qǐng),要求為域名提供注冊(cè)商服務(wù), 但在域名轉(zhuǎn)移正式生效前,我方對(duì)此域名不負(fù)有任何責(zé)任。
applicant request that XinNet Technology Corp. provide registrar services for the domain name. In furtherance of your request, you have applied for our registrar services. We will have no responsibilities as registrar of the domain name unless and until we send you or the updated registrant, as appropriate, notice of acceptance of the Application.
