This Change of Registrar Agreement is submitted for the purpose of applying to change the registrar of record of a domain name to XinNet Technology Corp. (we)
申請者需承諾以下條款
applicant (you) represent and warrant that:
1.在申請時提供完整正確的信息；
the information provided to XinNet Technology Corp. in connection with your application is accurate and complete;
2.擁有該域名的所有權(quán)；
you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name;
3.與當(dāng)前注冊服務(wù)商之間無任何費用拖欠；
you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to the current registrar;
4.確保域名處于正常狀態(tài),與任何正在解決的域名爭議及糾紛無關(guān)；
you are not party to any dispute resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name;
5.該域名在當(dāng)前注冊服務(wù)商處注冊已正式生效或續(xù)費生效超過 60 天；
your registration of the domain name with the current registrar has been in effect for at least 60 days，or renewal exceed 60 days;
6.申請者向新網(wǎng)提出申請,要求為域名提供注冊商服務(wù), 但在域名轉(zhuǎn)移正式生效前,我方對此域名不負(fù)有任何責(zé)任。

We will have no responsibilities as registrar of the domain name unless and until we send you or the updated registrant, as appropriate, notice of acceptance of the Application.
